Challenge

A luxury fragrance brand approached our team to create custom envelopes for handing out perfume samples at a major exhibition. After the paper choice was finalised, we created detailed mock-ups of the envelope design, allowing the client to review and approve every aspect before production began.

Once the design was approved, the paper was printed with the customers logo, and then our expert team handmade each envelope, carefully crafting the tuck flap and seams. By producing the envelopes in-house, we ensured precision, consistency, and a premium finish for every completed piece.

During production, we monitored every step. We checked dimensions, flap alignment, and print quality so we could guarantee that each envelope met the client’s expectations. Because the envelopes were handcrafted, we could adapt quickly to any minor adjustments while maintaining high standards.
