Our Approach:

Our in-house team designed a bespoke box envelope specifically tailored to the brochure’s exact dimensions. We then produced samples for approval so the school could confirm that size, finish, and style met their expectations.

The final envelopes were made from 250gsm card, printed in black on the exterior, with a peel-and-seal flap for easy and secure closure. The bespoke nature of this project meant that each envelope was handmade by our expert team. This ensured we maintained precision and consistent quality across the full order.

By handling both design and production internally, we were able to make adjustments quickly and maintain tight quality control. This approach allowed the school to review samples, approve the design, and move confidently into production.
